Man Booked On Human Trafficking, Child Solicitation Charges In St. Tammany Parish

A 39-year-old man has been booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on felony charges related to human trafficking and the solicitation of a minor.

According to St. Tammany Parish jail records, Spencer Casnave, 39, was booked on July 31, 2026, through the 22nd Judicial District Court. He is charged with:
