Children & Family Services

The St. Tammany Parenting Center offers parent-child activity classes, parenting education and coaching, infant and child CPR, Safe Sitter babysitter training, car seat inspections, breastfeeding support, and new parent boot camps. It is not a day care or drop-off program; most activities are for parents together with their children.

Who it's for

Families in the St. Tammany Parish area. Membership is $180 per year or $20 per month per family; membership is free for first-time parents during the baby's first year and for St. Tammany Health System employees. Scholarships are available through the St. Tammany Hospital Foundation.
