Nonprofit that matches low-income residents with volunteer attorneys for free civil legal help. Serves Orleans, Jefferson, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany and Washington parishes and maintains a Covington office. Self-help resources are offered for domestic matters and bankruptcy. Spanish-language assistance is available.
