The parish public library system, with branches in Abita Springs, Bush, Causeway (Mandeville), Covington, Folsom, Lacombe, Lee Road, Madisonville, Mandeville, Pearl River, Slidell and South Slidell, plus a mobile library. Branches offer free borrowing, public computers and internet access, and programs for adults and children.
