St. Tammany Parish Man Jailed on Multiple Child Pornography Charges, Animal Abuse Count
A 32-year-old St. Tammany Parish man is being held without bond after being booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on multiple felony charges involving alleged child sexual abuse material and one count related to sexual abuse of an animal.
According to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office inmate records, Joshua Frank, 32, was booked on July 17, 2026, through the 22nd Judicial District Court.
The booking record lists multiple counts of:
* Possession of pornography involving juveniles
* Sexual abuse of an animal
The inmate record shows no bond has been set on the listed charges, and Frank remained in custody at the time the record was captured.
