STPSO: 20-Year-Old Booked On Sexual Battery Charges

A 20-year-old man was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on Monday, June 15, facing multiple charges related to an alleged sexual battery case.

According to jail records, Miguel Ahumada, 20, was booked by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office under booking number 272662.

The charges listed include:

• Sexual Battery

• Principal to Commission of Crime (related charge)

• Misdemeanor Sexual Battery

• Principal to Commission of Crime (related charge)

At the time of booking, bond information had not yet been set and was listed as “To Be Set By Judge” on all charges. Jail records also showed no release date.

As with all criminal cases, the charges are allegations, and the accused is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
