Covington Man Arrested On Multiple Child Exploitation Charges

A 35 year old Covington area man was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on May 27 following an investigation that resulted in multiple serious charges involving alleged offenses against juveniles.

According to jail records, Dustin Fernandez was arrested by the Covington Police Department and booked on several felony charges, including:

• Indecent behavior with a juvenile

• Indecent behavior/grooming of a child

• Pornography involving juveniles

• Computer aided solicitation of a minor

Court records show that bond has not yet been set and is currently listed as “to be set by judge.”
