Food Assistance

Provides supplemental foods on a WIC EBT card, nutrition education and breastfeeding support for pregnant people, new parents and caregivers of children under 5. Applications start with an online interest form or a visit to a local WIC clinic.

Who it's for

Pregnant, postpartum or breastfeeding people, and caregivers of children under age 5, who live in Louisiana and meet income guidelines. Automatic income eligibility if the household receives Medicaid, SNAP or TANF.
