Two Patients Seriously Injured In Motorcycle Crash At Voters Road And Old Spanish Trail

Two people were seriously injured following a motorcycle and vehicle crash at the intersection of Voters Road and Old Spanish Trail in Slidell.

St. Tammany Fire Protection District No. 1 said crews responded to the serious collision and found two patients requiring emergency medical treatment.

One patient was transported from the scene by Ochsner Flight Care due to the severity of their injuries. Firefighters also had to extricate the driver of the other vehicle before that patient was transported by ground ambulance.

Authorities said both patients were in serious condition following the crash.

The identities of those involved and additional details surrounding what led to the collision were not immediately released.
