State veterans home operated by the Louisiana Department of Veterans Affairs providing long-term residential care for veterans. Serves St. Tammany Parish along with other southeast Louisiana parishes. A Veterans Affairs counselor is available on site on Thursdays.

VA Vet Center providing free readjustment counseling for eligible veterans and service members, including individual and group counseling for PTSD, depression and trauma, military sexual trauma counseling, couples and family counseling, bereavement services, and referrals for substance use treatment.

VA outpatient clinic serving the Northshore, part of VA Southeast Louisiana health care. Provides primary care, pharmacy, laboratory, audiology, optometry, podiatry, therapy services, mental health care, and addiction and substance use treatment including counseling, group therapy and medication.

State parish veterans service office where a Veterans Assistance Counselor helps veterans and their families file and follow up on VA benefit claims, including disability compensation, pension, survivor and state veterans benefits.
