CASA, a program of the Youth Service Bureau, trains and supervises community volunteers who advocate in court for abused and neglected children in state custody, helping judges find them safe, permanent homes. Offices serving the area are in Covington and Slidell, with additional offices in Franklinton and Bogalusa.
