Cleco offers budget billing that spreads costs over 12 months, credit extension agreements for more time to pay, the CARE program giving a 25% year-round discount on the fuel portion of the bill for LIHEAP-income-eligible customers, the Critical Care Alert program for medically vulnerable customers, no-cost income-qualified weatherization, and the Power of Sharing fund for elderly customers distributed through Councils on Aging.

Who it's for

Must be a Cleco customer. CARE requires meeting LIHEAP income guidelines and is applied for through a local Community Action Agency. Critical Care Alert requires a registration form signed by a physician.
