Long-Term Care Ombudsmen investigate and resolve complaints made by or on behalf of residents of nursing homes, assisted living facilities and personal care homes, and advocate for residents' rights. Services are free and confidential. The regional coordinator for the New Orleans region covers St. Tammany Parish.
