The Louisiana Parent Line provides 24/7 emotional support, de-escalation and crisis intervention for parents and caregivers, along with information, referral to parenting resources, coping plans and follow-up calls. It is operated by VIA LINK, which also runs Louisiana's 211 information and referral line.
