Louisiana Department of Health program that supplies free naloxone (Narcan nasal spray), fentanyl test strips and related supplies to approved community distribution sites across the state, along with training and educational materials. Community organizations, shelters, treatment centers and faith-based groups can apply to become distribution sites.
