WIC provides nutrition assistance, food benefits, breastfeeding support and health referrals for pregnant and postpartum women, infants and young children. Two clinic sites serve St. Tammany Parish: St. Tammany Community Health Center WIC Clinic in Slidell (501 Robert Blvd) and START Community Health Center WIC Clinic in Covington (1505 N Florida St).

Who it's for

Pregnant, postpartum and breastfeeding women, infants, and children under age 5 who meet income guidelines and are at nutritional risk.
