Northlake Homeless Coalition is the HUD Continuum of Care for the region and operates the Coordinated Access and Assessment System (CAAS), the single referral point that screens people who are homeless or at imminent risk and connects them to housing and services. Staff conduct a brief screening and then a fuller assessment to match people with available housing resources.

Who it's for

People who are homeless or at imminent risk of homelessness in St. Tammany, Washington, Tangipahoa, Livingston or St. Helena parishes.
