A 42-year-old man has been booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on multiple serious charges, according to jail records.

Authorities identified the suspect as Orry Mejia. Records show he was booked on May 1, 2026, by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.

He is facing charges that include sexual battery and indecent behavior with a juvenile. One of the listed bonds is set at $75,000, with additional charges also carrying bond conditions.
