Sheriff’s Office Investigating String of Vehicle Burglaries in Eden Isles

The St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a string of vehicle burglaries reported in the Eden Isles neighborhood over the past two weeks, with several residents reporting items stolen from unlocked cars overnight.

Investigators say the incidents appear connected and are reviewing home security footage from the area.

“The easiest thing residents can do is lock their doors and bring valuables inside,” said a sheriff’s office spokesperson. “Most of these cases involve unlocked vehicles.”
