The locally owned shop sources beans from small farms across Central America.
A new locally owned coffee roaster opened its first storefront in downtown Slidell this week, bringing house-roasted beans and a full café menu to the growing downtown business district.
The owners say they source beans directly from small farms across Central America and roast everything in-house in small batches.
“We wanted to build something that felt like it belonged here,” one of the owners said. “Downtown Slidell has such a great community feel.”
The shop is open daily and plans to host a series of local musician nights starting next month.
