St. Tammany Attorney David P. Sirera Found Dead Near Highway 36 in Lacombe Area

Attorney David P. Sirera, who had been reported missing the day before, was found dead Saturday in St. Tammany Parish, according to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities said Sirera was found in a wooded area near the intersection of Highway 1088 and Highway 36, and that a vehicle found nearby belonged to him. The Sheriff’s Office said there are no signs of foul play and that the investigation remains ongoing. The coroner was on scene, and a road closure and traffic delays were reported in the area at the time.
