Arrest Spotlight: Mandeville Man Booked on Video Voyeurism Charge

A 27-year-old Mandeville man has been arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on a charge of video voyeurism.

According to jail records, Nathan Volz, 27, was booked on June 30, 2026, following an arrest by the Mandeville Police Department.

At the time of booking, his bond had not yet been set and was listed as “To Be Set by Judge.” He remains in custody at the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center.

Louisiana’s video voyeurism law generally involves the intentional use of a camera or recording device to capture images or video of another person in situations where they have a reasonable expectation of privacy, without that person’s knowledge or consent.

No additional details about the allegations or circumstances leading to the arrest have been released by authorities at this time.

As with all criminal cases, the charge is an allegation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
