St. Tammany Resident Alleges Altercation Involving Sheriff Randy Smith
A St. Tammany Parish resident is alleging he was involved in a physical altercation with St. Tammany Parish Sheriff Randy Smith.
The allegation was made Thursday in a public Facebook post by Robert “Bobby” Couvillion, who claimed he was involved in an incident with Sheriff Smith at Keith Young’s restaurant. In the post, Couvillion alleged that Sheriff Smith punched him and asked anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact him.
