St. Tammany Parish Man Booked on Rape, Sexual Battery Charges

A 21-year-old St. Tammany Parish man was booked on multiple serious charges, according to St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office booking records.

Paul Chauvin was booked into jail on January 31, 2025. Records show he is facing charges including First Degree Rape and Sexual Battery.

Bond information attached to the case lists both charges under cash, property, or surety bond conditions, with bond amounts set at $1.5 million each.
