Slidell-Area Man Booked on Domestic Violence Charges Including Strangulation

A 32-year-old Slidell-area man has been booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail on serious domestic violence related charges.

Jail records show Holton Manuel was booked on April 25, 2026.

The listed charges include battery of a dating partner by strangulation and battery of a dating partner with child endangerment.

Bond information was listed as to be set by a judge.

As with all arrests, these are allegations at this stage, and all defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
