Slidell courtroom sees major turn in deadly hit and run

Estes is accused of striking and killing Jeremiah Ramirez in August 2025 while he was riding a scooter in his family driveway, then leaving the scene. She has pleaded not guilty to charges tied to the crash and alleged efforts to mislead investigators.
