Slidell Man Booked on Multiple Serious Charges, Records Show

A 21-year-old Slidell man has been booked into the St. Tammany Parish jail on multiple serious charges, according to booking records.

Records show Caleb Rizan was booked on March 19, 2026, by the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office.

The listed charges include first-degree rape and sexual battery. Bond has been set at $400,000 for one of the charges, according to jail records.
